2. Rates extended to PALU Conference delegates only

3. Full prepayment required at time of making reservation.

4. All delegates to have booked & paid by 3 June 2017

5. Rates applicable to Standard rooms only. (Surcharges is to be applied accordingly for    upgraded room types (i.e. double, superior, executive, suites, and presidential)

6. Rate includes breakfast

7. Rate includes 14% VAT, exclude 1% tourism levy

8. Rate is per room per night

9. Please note check in is at 14h00 & checkout at 11h00 on day of departure

10. If reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund will apply. If cancelled 29 days prior to arrival or non arrival 100% of the payment will be forfeited
